Refund and Return Policy

Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

Since all our products are virtual digital items, once purchased, it cannot be refunded or returned.

Several types of refund can be considered, based on the following reasons:

  • The digital social media marketing growth tool did not appear on the platfrom of your choice or was not completed
  • The social media marketing growth was deleted by the company platform i.e. facebook, instagram, etc. In such cases, we will refill the order free of cost

To complete your return, we require you to contact us via our Contact Form.

We do not provide partial refunds.

Refunds

Once the issue of the request has been received and inspected (based on the list of considered reasons), we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace social media marketing growth tools if they did not appear on your social media platform, or if the company platform deletes the products, in such case, we will communicate with you on your choice of a REFILL or a REFUND. We also do not exchange the product for a different product, since all products have different price ranges.

Gifts

Our Social Media Marketing Tools cannot be bought as gifts.

Shipping returns

Since our products are delivered digitally, no shipping returns is applicable.
